Yes, of course and you can save them too.

If your GPS supports saved routes, you can also transfer what you have saved to your GPS.

Bro... he use Nuvi lah....

In Mapsource you can plan as many as you want... but your Nuvi 205W won't run any of it... cheers!

Of course Bro Moey, his Nuvi 205W cannot store routes that is why I said if his GPS can support saved routes... Who knows, he may also have a Nuvi 765 or Nuvi 1460 etc.

how to know if a gps has this store route function??

too bad a nuvi itself cannot allow us to set our preferred route and then the gps just guide us along

Actually the related features are the ability to save routes and the capability to perform multiple point routing. You can check at Nuvi's spec for these features. Supported automotive Nuvis include Nuvi5xx, Nuvi7xx, Nuvi8xx, Nuvi14xx and Nuvi16xx.

If your Nuvi is none of the above, you can still somewhat tweak the route by introducing a via point between the start and finish points, however it's only limited to a single via point.
