guys, guess the issues with missing POIs happens on some models only.
(which could be that these models are programmed to work this way to reduce lag while on the move, as the POIs appear when u browse the map)

this may / and may not be the issue with the map sets.
mappers will work out a solution if it is within their means.

so let us have more patience and let them do their work

I'm using 100308, the school icon is OK at the Mapsource. Can you please provide the coordinate which you notice the school became a KTM?

I'm using 100308 on my HD2 perfectly fine. Update speed is amazingly fast. I get lock on on cold start in less then 10 sec, warm start less then 2 sec. Reroute takes less then 1 sec. Most prolly cause i'm running snapdragon 1Ghz.. But nevertheless, kudos to all who put up MFM for free!!

Hi Seniors,

I only able to see a ready 100301 gmapsupp.img file.

I tried intalled MFM-Garmin 100308.exe file
but cannot generate a gmapsupp.img file
on my computer. How to get this file?

I don't get below response as I select install 'customs polygons' after
installation completed.

Create MFM-Garmin gmapsupp.img
After installing the map files into your computer, you will be asked if you would wish to create a Garmin map for your Gamin device. Answering "Yes" will bring you to a wizard that will complete the map creation in a few simple steps

Installing mfm map on your PND is straightforward. Clicking the EXE file is enough to get the process started. Have you checked for virus on your PC?

Bros , may i know above problem already fix or not :-k , i'm still using MFM-Garmin-100301. Searching road name via POI spell name doesn't work at all in MFM-Garmin-100308, i've try to download again and regenerate the gmapsupp , but still fail to search via POI](*,) some of the road name can't search via address, (example : Jalan Awan Kerawang , Taman OUG . KL), but i can search it via POI in MFM-Garmin-100301. That's why i'm still using MFM-Garmin-100301 . I really need it for my every day trip. Hope some body can tell me about this [-o< :prayer: :prayer: :prayer:
