It began when I bought my SE xperia X1 6 months back and I installed it with GMXT.
I stumbled accross Malfreemaps while I was googling for free maps. And the amazing thing was that I don't have to contribute in order to download, just register as a member and get an updated map every week. Wow... I can't believe it was that easy... and I started thinking... what's the catch... In fact there is none.
Here's the 2nd stage.. Sadly, I found out that my house was not on the map.. frustrated at first but I read on.. and later I realised that the map is based on the contribution from members. Okay... I said, let's contribute.. this should be fun.. and fun it is..
I remember my first track contribution.. and Bro Sunn said my tracks was not recorded in I sec interval..... Alahai... feeling low because there no way I could tweak my garmin to record in one sec interval. But that is not the end of it as saviour came a few days later when JIRO suggested Racechrono.. Wohooo.... it is a superb application. It works in the background as I look at garmin so as not to miss any tracks.
