i just bought this 1490T and holland and it just cost me around euro 199 (around rm 850 rasanya)

I've read the Comments and a lot of users are returning the units after they bought because they are not happy with it. Is it the software or maps problems? Will we have the same problems in Asean regions?

I'm still waiting for Papago update and might consider a Nuvi, BUT am still waiting.....

i have the impression that N1460 is the equivalent set for this region.

I was about to order a factory refurbished set N1490 from Amazon but there have been conflicting reports on the net that the blue-tooth will not work with my Samsung Jet.

i just used it for 3 days and so far is working fine for me...
and no problem with the bluetooth as i working so well with my Blackberry...and else it can upload my phone book to the nuvi..

but still early for me to said it good or not since i just used for for several days....

hope it will working fine...he..he..he..

Hello...

Just got the unit yesterday and having no problem with MFM map...the unit is functioning well.

Anyhow, it cannot display the POI icons...

Will update if I encounter any new findings on the unit.

Same goes with my unit.. it cannot show the POI Icon..
i still figure it out and if u solve it..please let me know...
