There's been a similar discussion going on over at MSM. The admin tells us it's probably due to suspicious content from sponsor banner links. If you don't think the threat is serious, try accessing using a different browser.

I'm using Firefox and it doesn't allow me to logon.... Will not go against the wisdom of my WEB browser and risk my PC security where I worked so hard to maintain. No matter what the Admin says it is not worth the risk. Will try again.... :thumbsdown:

not only malsingmaps sites but also The Star online last week. Something with to do with some sponsor banners protocol which does not comply to new and improved browser security. The Star has since rectified it.

I am able to log in to MSM using IE8. Guess it's okay now.
