Tidaklah rasa rugi sangat

I accompanied a counsel (lawyer) to a secured/security area to get and witnessed an inmate to sign a legal document.

Before leaving my car parked at the front compound of the area, I just dislodge my Nuvi 250 from the wind screen holder and put it in my shirt's pocket.

At the main gate the warden ask both the counsel and me to hand over our wallet; handphone and my small digi camera (I use to bring along a small camera, wherever I go) and put them in a compartment and gave us a key each. We were only allowed to bring into the compound file with paper document and a small bag with rubber stamps and stamp pads.

The warden/guard notice this Nuvi in my top left poket, and ask me what it was. I told them that it's GPS. He was looking each other blinking and I beleive they do not know what it was. But the officer incharge let me bring it along.

At the second gate we were checked again, and again I was asked what the unit was. Same answer and we were let in. But this time after two steps from the Guard, my Nuvi alerted me "LOST SATELLITES RECEPTION". (I forgot to switch it off)

WOW!!, you know what happen after that .......

I leave it to your own imaginations.

Regards

Frustration Episod

Even with your battery in almost no support! you still can make it a small tracking out of it. That's the spirit of tracking and contribution.. Brother Tuah!

Tak apa, lain masa boleh la singgah lagi tempat tu..!

Cheers!

Saya juga ada cerita nak dikongsikan bersama. Terutamanya apabila hendak track kawasan perumahan berpagar ni. Apabila ditanya oleh Pak Guard nak kemana encik. Saya ada kerja kat dalam. Kebetulan saya pakai pakaian kerja. Jadi tiada masalah sangat nak masuk.

Maklumlah... MSM ada JCV dan LA. Jadi kat highway memang senang untuk buat perancangan nak berehat kat mana.

Kemudian bila dah sampai kat sini, terlupa nak suiskan MFM. Letihhhhhhh.

Nasihat saya, periksa dulu peta yg kita gunakan. jangan tengok tak da dlm peta terus track.

MFM memang update berbanding MSM
:peace:

When i first drive into a kampung in near taiping town for tracking. It was a whole new experience compared to tracking in taman. Most of the taman fellows dont bother to take note who drive pass their house. But once in kampung, all the residents start staring at you and put a fierce looking face to you.

I was worried and afraid they will stop me and ask what was i intended to. And kampung roads normally end up with a dead end or end up into a kampung house.

Actually kampung folks are friendlier than folks in tamans... Once they started looking at you, you just put up your "say hi" hand sign a smile a little bit, they will just reply you with a smile. Their smiles makes your fears go away and encourage you to continue tracking with courage. I put up a BIG smile when I have to make a U-turn in their lawn. They would just thought you were taking a wrong road.
