Re: Japan Disaster 2011 Donation
We should start charging US0.99 per map for the charity.

Bro alyem....Don't cry... Charity starts from home... and this is Home to many of us... and there are many Members here just waiting for the right time to act or have already acted elsewhere...

USD0.99 can be bread and butter for many people. Their survival greatly depends on it! Hence, donation should be voluntary. We provide Free maps and we shall stick by this pledge.... Cheers!

Well said bro...moeyhc wrote:USD0.99 can be bread and butter for many people. Their survival greatly depends on it! Hence, donation should be voluntary. We provide Free maps and we shall stick by this pledge.... Cheers!

If every member can just donate $10/RM10, it will be able to help the survivors of the disaster a lot.

Re: Japan Disaster 2011 Donation
i am sorry, what i am about to say may offend others..
as a malaysian, i will not donate via this channel.
why? because, this donation is going through Singapore's Red Cross Society. All the contribution and donation will become 'singaporean' and no mention of 'malaysian' contributors will be mentioned.
this is sad but true.
i would suggest malaysians to donate via malaysian channel, to prevent credit being stolen by others.
true, donation should come from your heart and dont care who gets the credit. but why let others take advantage? donate through malaysian channels.
just my 2 cents.
