Yes you can... All Garmin map can be view in 3D mode.

You can get more idea for topo map by referring at here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topography

While MFM-Garmin is for street map, and you can refer back to the library section to learn how to install map into your GPSr. :D
