Hi cwchoo,

Have you tried to re-install the software? Also, may we have the details for your phone?

1. Phone model
2. Android version

It is china made tablet, nvm. I found the solution, the date of the tablet need set to current and must put automatic update for date and time.

Thank you for your recommendation. Regarding the license transfer request, we will take it into consideration. For the traffic status on Papago system, it can be included in the future feature once the TMC (Traffic Message Channel) in Malaysia is available.
We will try to do a software test run for the mentioned phone model (HTC Sensation XE 1.5Ghz cpu, Original Sandisk Class 6 32GB) :)

Yes, please. License transfer is a must. For apps that I purchased in Play Store, it is perfectly transferable to other smartphone, so I don't think Papago should do it in another way. Please consider that smartphone is easier to broken, stolen, lost etc, so I don't think every time I bought a new phone, I have to buy a new copy of Papago.

Hi samhong198,

You can run the software in trial version for 15 days. Hopefully it will be long enough for you to do some testing on your phone. :)

Hi samhong198,

During copying the NAVISEA folder before the installation, do you encounter any any issue?
