Some how, like some, I do not have this issue when using with the internet data turned on. Someone tweaked the \etc\host and changed the 127.0.0.1 localhost to 127.0.0.1 "www.papago.com.tw" and problem solved. You may want to give it a try and see whether it works.

Waiting someone ask:

i have lost my phone together with original papago m9 and i believe it was damaged already since fell off into petrol station toilet.

already call m3gps helpline to retrieve back my m9 license, they say cannot because it already tied with my imei. if i want to try to get my license to register for my new phone, they said i have to make a police report saying i've lost my phone and email the report to them, after that they will send the request to papago hq at taiwan and its up to taiwan whether wanna approve or not. ](*,)

LOL complicated procedure.....

This is their software which need ties with IMEI... so that why a lot not prefer to buy because I lot ppl love to change phone and IMEI is different and make ppl don't like to buy.... The license is not transferable!

I think it is best to advice them to goto m3 for an upgrade.... If their set are in question... they'll know... no need to state 'if original'. I assume all posts here are M3gps set... :)
