Can you provide more details? What about the second half of the Point C to the Junction. Can we turn right before Point C?

We Cannot turn right at or before the C point because from the traffic light at Jalan Semarak to Trafic light at Jalan Tun Razak there is Dividers along the road.
Same thing applied to the vehical from Menara Celcom cannot turn right to Jalan Tun Razak. They have to turn left to jalan Semarak and make a u turn at Traffic light Lorong Gurney and Jalan Perumahan Gurney then go back to Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz.
