hey guys...

i'm using casca dvdgps for my mazda...my problem is my gps has switched to silent mode...it happened recently after my 2yrs old daughter messed around with the player..appreciate if anybody can help me to switch back to normal mode....i've checked the setting mode...volume maximum already....i believe there's a mute button somewhere...

Eastgear no longer uses Papago for their Holux GPS. They are using Galactio now. You may visit them to change the Papago to Galactio. Think there's a small fee to pay if I'm not wrong.

Hi,

please press bottom right when you are in Navi screen, make sure the "Mute" option is unchecked.
another alternative way to unmute, check your upper right when you are in Navi screen, do you see a little speaker logo blinking? if yes, just touch it and it will be unmuted.

I already using latest map, buy why my device not alert me when near AES.
How to add this ???
i using X9 and M11

i using X9 and M11
Not sure about X9, but for M11, the only alert is 2 short beeps before arriving at the AES location.
What kind of alert are you looking for?

Hard proof m3gps is useless, refused to accept facts & the only thing they care about is our money.
I will also post this on my facebook and my friends & family will also post on theirs to show to everyone m3gps doesn't care about their customers.

You may download the latest X8.5/X9 map from this website and extract to the Navi folder>MAP>MY folder inside your SD card.
