Have you update your Software to the X8.5 before? If not, we advise you to send your SD card to our service center for date it? The problem is look like software issue.

After 4 months, this is their reply in their support website:

They still doesn't want to accept that Papago has stopped any development for Papago M9 & they don't want to refund my money.
This is just another excuse to prolong their support ticket while at the same time refusing to accept facts.

hi! I'm using Papago X8.5 (Convex in-car system)

Two issues I have observed so far

1. Stop navigation issue
After the system has been running navigation for some time (around 15min+), when i tab on the bottom right corner of screen then tab on Stop Navigation, the question page will appear but the Yes / No buttons are not visible. I could only see it when when I tried start a navigation and immediately tab the button

2. Background distorted
The background (button, label backgrounds) for many screens are distorted (becoming messy) after a while. For example, when editing Favourite, most of the time the whole page is black making the label very hard to read. However when I manage the Favourite immediately after entering the system, everything was perfectly well

I have also exchanged the SD Card 2 times with the vendor, so I do not think is the issue of the card

Any other way to resolve it?

For your information, we have the latest software, March version. We tested it at Seremban Tol so far it can working. Are you convenience to send your unit to our service center?

Are you convenience to bring it you SD card and you car as well to our service center. Our technical will help you to assist you better.

Will be going to Phileo Damansara this coming saturday do I have to pay for the software update b'coz the warranty period just over on last April.
