Hi,

I had a Fatal Application Error when I change my maps from Malaysia to Thailand.

The error msg showed,
Application MobileNavigator.exe has performed illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor

Program: MobileNavigator.exe
Exeption:0xC0000005
Address:000B14F0

Any idea how can I solve this issues? I am currently in Thailand now looking for a solution for this to escape from Lost... please help... ASAP....

Much appreciate!!

Hi sHawTY,
I am also a user of Papago (Z1) and after reading all the problems you have been having, I just had to make a comment here. I personally feel that M3GPS should be more professional and take care of their customers better. However, in fairness, all products still being supported, they kinda handle it quite well, pointing customers in the right direction and providing "fixes". But in your case, I can see that you have made it perfectly clear what your end result must be (esp. when you have bought their product and also being a genuine customer) but they have acted most unprofessionally and unbecoming of a Company needing customers in order to survive.

After reading your case and also several others in this post and the replies given by M3GPS, here's a good one for laughs - eg. "Are you convenience to bring it you SD card and you car as well to our service center. Our technical will help you to assist you better."

Good thing they don't sell GPS devices for planes or ships (or do they?) - otherwise customers willl be asked to bring in their ships or fly their planes to their service centre for them to check! :-'

Hope they get their act together fast and make customers happy! That's the only way to grow a Company. Maybe they have forgotten that there are competitors out there, vying for same market share. :-({|=

Thanks for understanding.
However, I feel like I should correct something.
At first, I didn't expect the end result as a full refund, I wanted a fix for Papago M9 to be useable on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
But as you can see, their ignorance to accept facts that Papago developer has stopped any development for Papago M9 for Android made me angry.
I've waited 3 whole months for nothing. Thus the reason I asked for a full refund.

They have also yet to remove Papago M9 from their website which they know in fact is problematic from day 1. Which proves to show what they care most: Money.

Company like M3GPS is what made us customers opt for piracy because of their weak after sales support.
I bought genuine software from M3GPS once & now what happened to me? Ignored by M3GPS.
