Help needed.

My Car radio system come with a original Papago Navigation sooftware, but it is only 2GB micro sdcard, since my car radio support playing music from the micro sdcard, i can copy music, play it and using papago without any problem for long time (more than 1 year).

due to limited space for storing music, i then copy the whole Papago SDCARD to a 16GB card, now the problem occure, Papago can open, detect satelite, show driving speed, show coordinate all correct, but it just cannot show maps. the navigation screen is always blank with dark color blackground.

i put back the original 2GB card in to the slot and Papago work again.

I suspect the original Papago sdcard may have some hidden setting which prevent me from copying, can some one help me to change it to bigger card? or must i return it to papago?

Sorry that we can't simply upgrade the sd card. At the moment, we can't do as per request. All the sd card has license. Sorry for the inconvenient caused.

I recently installed a in-car multimedia receiver/dvd system with GPS function. It came with a memory card with "PAPAGO M3GPS Navigation Software" lable. When this memory card was inserted, it indicated installation in progress. After that when NAVI button was pressed "map failed to load" message appeared.

Can anyone help?

BTW : The brand of the system I install is "Kovan".
Model "Digital TFT-LCD HD800 x 480 RGB". Made in China.

From the forum, you can get the latest map for S1 software as well.

Hi, for your information, MFM map were included with Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei maps which mean you may use the MFM map to use in Singapore.

hi, im using wayway q4033, papago x9.0 build:feb 8 2012, MFM PPG version 6-3-12.
Now i cannot use my devise..always comeup with :no effective starting point.
How can i overcome this? HELP~~~

Hi, I'm using WayWay q4331i (papago X9)

The issue is when I try to navigate to a near by place (post office.. less than 200m) from my home but it ask me to take a longer route..
change the settings from recommended to shortest distance.. updated the map to the latest.. choose alternatives.. but nothing works..

pls advice.. thank you..

the S1 map got lot issue on the speed limit. e.g karak highway can drive 110km/hrs but the maps keep showing limit is 80km/hrs

At the moment, we have an issue with the speed limit. Kindly try to update the latest map.

hi..
i am using papgo Z1.
i tried to update my malfreemaps, after complete downloading the latest free maps, i extract the files as instructed.

the problem is when my laptop can't detect my papago device once connected via usb cable.
i tried to reconnect it few times but still not working..

so, how to solve this problem..?

Hi Husnizaim,

Do you have connect the GPS to the storage mode once plug in the usb cable. Normally it will ask you to change to the storage mode.

hi all..

I bought a proton car & with it I got a papago gps M3GPS X8.
have been using it for about 2 years now & loving it. but recently, the system cant read the card. eventhought I try open & put back in still cant read it.

I wont bother tell proton side because they also doesn't know how & want me to contact m3gps myself for fast check. because I have found this website, nice website, maybe im trying to ask here first. the thing is, eventhought I open the card to my pc, strangely the card is full but I cant see/detected the file inside. its weird.

so please m3gps consultant, help me out because I want to upgrade it to X8.5.
