Just to inform. From Jalan Segambut towards Jln Duta at the Traffic Lights Junction you can actually turn Right. This is instead of turning left and going a big circle to head toward Jln Duta.
The right turn is below an overhead highway. Maybe that is why it is routing left instead.
No problem in source file and mapsource with MFM v1.70 -sunn

Not sure if this helps but there's an area in Pandan Indah that has recently become a gated community area and only two roads have gated / guarded access whilst the other junctions are always locked.
For simplicity sake, I've attached the gdb file of the roads involved.
