A lot of my frens also commented regarding this.
Any help regarding this problem?
thank you guys!

That short route got lots of speed bumps, so GPS try to be nice and suggest a smooth but longer route :D

Seriously, you need to provide a much detail information (from where to where). The mappers here are quick to resolve the error if you provide more detail information.

Would you like to elaborate on what this charge is all about and how you concluded that the charge is because of your usage of GMXT.

I have been using GMXT with MFM for sometime now and I certainly did not see any charges.

I am very sure that neither MFM nor Garmin has any charging mechanism thru your mobile phone.

It is highly probable that the charge is for the GPS locater service e.g. Quick GPS which is sometimes used by mobile phones to improve the satellite signal lock. This will be charged irrespective of whether you use MFM, GMXT or other GPS software. You can switch it off.

Yes, that's how you got charged. By disabling A-GPS, GMXT usage (excluding Garmin Online & Location Msg) would not incur any phone network charges.

On my HTC HD2, I set my Quick GPS not to download automatically which means that it is only updated manually and I found that the time to get satellite lock does not lengthen perceptibly so I have only had to use it sparingly.

Maybe the difference is greater on a Nokia.

I have checked back my Digi Unbilled Transaction, found that GMXT got charged by using Diginet, each time using GMXT it charges rm0.10.So i have not just disabled A-GPS but also deleted the diginet access point in Connectivity setting. Now it would not charge anymore :peace:
