- Format: <left side number>;<right side number>
- Use "XX" to represent no house
- Follow the number of intersection.
- If street with no lane in between, "1-89;2-90" (example)
- If street with 1 side lane in between, "1-39-89;2-40-90" (example)
- If street start with access to main road, "XX-1-89;XX-2-90" (example)
- Waypoints MUST be placed at the start of a road
- Make sure the left numbers match the right numbers. Error: "1-39-89;2-90". Correct "1-39-89;2-40-90"
- The numbers MUST match the intersections in our map. If there is a side lane intersecting the street, numbers must be "1-39-89;2-40-90" (example) and not "1-89;2-90" (example)
- The numbering for several roads may be the same but Mapsource cannot accept waypoints with duplicate names. In this case, add another ";" follow by any dummy character. Example: "1-89;2-90;a","1-89;2-90;b"
Following these rules will enable our mappers to update their map automatically therefore saves their time

Bro, Antyong...
I would like to contribute to our MFM but I'm still confuse with certain things. What do you mean by "If street with no lane in between" and "If street with 1 side lane in between"? You have asked us to use xx to represent no house so what does this mean "XX-1-89;XX-2-90"...I have been contributing some Pois for our map and i intend to contibute more, so I really need to understand before start contributing....thanks

Yes, bro. You are correct. Please send some data for testing.
"AA = If street with no lane in between"
"BB = If street with 1 side lane in between"
"CC = If street start with access to main road"
antyong wrote:Hi guys,
Let's make our map able to route to the front of our house or office. Help us enter house number data into our maps. I had simplify the process of entering house number and hope to test it on our KL/Selangor map. Your participation is much appreciated.
1. Get a street directory that contains info on house number or You can also refer to Google Maps
2. Enter house number into Mapsource following the examples in the attached gdb
3. Send the gdb to me
Result based on the gdb:
