Hey guys..

i'm off to taiwan for chinese new year.. VERY VERY tempted to buy this..

for only NT3990!! FUIYOH!!

just went money changer to change taiwan dollar, the rate i got is 0.1095..

SOOO.. NT3990=RM436.90

what do you guys think? should i go ahead?

i only have 2 concerns..
1. can i use MFM maps
2. warranty how r?

Just bring along a MfM map in a micro/SD to test if it can support our map. My Taiwan 205W works very well with any maps... I think if it is Garmin it will work... Dump the local agents for making our local sets so expensive... @<RM400.00 it is a steal !!!.... Shame on you Aeco... :thumbsdown:

get the 1480 la, can watch satellite TV ma~ :tease:

anyway, the 205W is a good buy, sure can use mfm map wan, bring along ur SD card with mfm map to test it b4 u buy.

Last year I bought my Nuvi 765 from Taiwan. Running fine so far on MFM from day 1 to today.

Warranty is international, anyway for your info, regardless of where you are in Asia, Taiwan is central service centre hub.

Came with car mount, mount plastic disc, car charger, ac mains charger, manual, USB cable.
