currently i am using papago r6300t version X9....
can i upgrade to S1?
how bout the fees... my device still under warranty...
and if after i upgrade i can update my Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei Maps at FREE MFM-PAPAGO!-S1-
but where can i update the map for thailand and indonesia?

Because M3GPS Malaysia (distributor & reseller) refused to accept the fact that Papago Taiwan (original software developer) has stopped any development for Papago M9 (for android).
Thus, they do whatever they can to dilly dally & ignore all my request for a refund.
They have also refused to pay back in terms of giving me a free upgrade to Papago M11 (for android).

M3GPS Malaysia doesn't care about their customers. They only care about money.

And as you can clearly see, m3support is deliberately ignoring all of my question.

Sorry for the late respond your question. For your information, our software is free for the lifetime which mean when S1 is available for R6300T, we will not charge you for upgrading to the latest software. At the moment, we still using X9 software and will upgrade for it soon.

Updated my Z1 with S1 software to March 2013 version at Phileo Damansara today. but when I reached home I found that the tracklog record bin. file cannot be transfer to KML or GPX straight away and the facilities is missing.

Compared with Dec 2012 version where the recorded track bin. file can be transfered to GPX file without using bin2 gpx file converter.

Hope M3gps to look into it because it is convenience for us to view the recorded track file in the mapsource before contributing to this forum without taking a trouble to convert the file to GPX with the converter.
