That is a good time - 9.26 km in 47 mins. This means that you will probably averaging 5 min per km. I normally do 10 km in 1 hr or slightly more than 1 hr so it is about 6 min per km. You are really fit.

How is your FR 405? I would like to know if it is easy to use, if the screen is clear to see during your jogs, if the buttons are easy to use while jogging and does the battery last? I have my FR 305 for about 2 years now. It is a bit bulky but the shape is unique. Now the battery last only about 5 hrs instead of 10. But it is quite good and I am quite satisfied. Really helpful for jogging as I do not need to stick to a fixed route. I can run anywhere I want and be able to know how far and how long I run.

Not sure if your tracks covered the housing area besides the training camp. I passed by the area and was tempted to track the housing area. But dare not go in in case I am labelled a spy in a military area. Ha, ha.

Yes you're right, my average pace 5:06/km..so hilly terrain here, by the way i'm focus on easy jog rather than tempo run..for more info on my training and race http://themarathonworld.blogspot.com

FR405, as good as FR305...last 2 years ago i'm using FR305, big and bulky right?..and of course not suitable for everyday using..it's spoilt now, going to off if i press any button, so keep it in my store..asking Garmin Taiwan for repair, cost me US99 (not include shipping)..by that time FR405 release, so grab the new model la..for more info https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=142&pID=11039

Not include....it's housing area/married quaters for PULADA staff, i think you can tracking that area, to enter that area no need to take a visitor pass..

Have you tried doing a reset? Sometimes my 305 would not start up if i charge it for too long. So I do a reset. This is done by pressing the Power and Lap/Reset buttons together simultaneously. After that my unit works okay.
