I'm using Z1 with X9 software and updated map.
how can I update its software to the S1?

To update the latest software, S1 we advice you to send your unit to our service center. It will take 1 hour to make it done.

i am using r6300t version x9, can this model update to si version? wand whats the diff between x9 and si version? i heard said that in s1 we can search by using phone number, is it true? and is it any phone number?? 10q...

I am using Papago H5600. I connected my papago thru USB and rename the "base" folder inside internal memory. suddenly USB disconnect and I am not able to connect again and now my papago stuck at loading page, just like cannot load and hang. Suspect after I rename the "base" folder it missing a critical file to load.

Now I cannot go into the papago again to rename it to original folder because it doesn't connect with the "base" folder, anyone can help??? Can we load from external SD memory and rename back to original setting

S1 software is the latest software that was provided by M3. It's only supported with Z1, Q4035 and Q5035 model only. For the old model, we are using X8.5-X9. So far the function is still the same. Only got some latest features. Due to S1 is the latest software, we still take time to fix some bugs. Depend on how customer use it, some of our customer like S1 software and some of customer more prefer to X9 software. If you are using Z1 model, you may choose which software you can use easier either S1 or X9.

Saya menggunakan papago M3OEM X8 2011..

Saya sudah download PPG X8.5~9.0, sudah paste di folder maps...tapi dalam setting maps tu tak view..

Adakah maps PPG X8.5~9.0 tidak boleh digunakan untuk set X8.0 saya..., set PPG saya bukan original PPG, ia adalah jenis OODO 5006

3.01051,,,101.43931 so please rearrange my clinic location and please advice me how to attach my logo at it
