March 21 is getting closer, any idea on any event or time table, or what time should we arrive at Gn Ledang. Driving from AS need a lot of time loh!

Guys, I hope you can offer suggestions and start planning. Currently busy with East M'sia mapping + other stuffs. Furthermore, event planning and management is not my strong point

I don't know about planning, but I think at least all of us will have the dinner together. Rather than you go your own and he goes his own....then....it's not gathering anymore...right?

Interesting, at least we need to know what time should be arrive there, what name should be tell at the counter for check-in, any MFM "road show", or what time should all the attendee meet together & where, etc etc etc....

My route planing to Gn Ledang, I will try track as much as I can.

Start at Seremban
Drive to E2N.S.E(S)
Drive to Tampin
Tracking at Gemenceh
Tracking at Gemas
GG at Gunung Ledang (arriving at 3.00pm)

Sure there will be more plans than just "eat and spend time yourselves". Will propose something when the date nears. Sorrylah, I'm a "last minute" guy

As per discussed earlier, suggest to have the followings:

We can book a small hall for the followings:

1st day 5pm to 7pm -
1. One value contributor to present on how to make track/POI contributions, how to use mapsource.
2. One senior Mapper to present on drawing road map using contributions/google earth image.(*Have to check whether the hotel has internet access )
3. One Polygon Mapper to present on drawing polygon map.
4. One mapper to present on drawing POI.
5. Antyong to present on MFM Custommized POIs , explaination on all the road labels, road POIs etc etc....

1st day 7pm to 9pm - Dinner together (BBQ?)

1st day 9pm onwards - maybe can have mappers discussion: Standardization of roads, POIs type, polygons etc etc.....

2nd day free and easy with family and friends

For 1st day presentation, other than item 5 which is compulsory , need volunteers to present, if no volunteer, then our Sifu need to execise his power lor . For me, I volunteer to bring projector for the mappers presentation.

For hall and dinner booking, need Sifu to help and pay first.

Any others suggestions are welcome.
