Also the voice prompt at this junction for going straight traffic to "keep right" is wrong, it should be "keep left" to avoid
going into the U-turn lanes.

Bro,

Papago's lane assist is very week at the moment. I had tried my best to include your LA. Some will work. Some won't. Futhermore, Papago refuses to recognize the U-turn on your location (1). So lane assist is useless there. I will check with Maction on the U-turn issue.
