Car park at Blk 143 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh is now connected to Lorong 1 Toa Payoh with a one way alley. Only left turn allowed into Lorong 1 Toa Payoh.

There is a two way road missing (marked red) linking two carparks.
For those coming in from Lorong 4 to Block 100 carpark should use this road without going through Lorong 1 in Toa Payoh.
But do drive carefully, sharp turn and signal your intention.
