mapsource problem

Can some1 help me on the mapsource, after i install mapsource in to my laptop, i can not run it, i have try to uninstall and install again but still not working and also try difference version but still not working.

aldy reinstall few time and change alot of difference version but still can not work

You install with map too? If yes, remove all the stuff at Garmin folder, and try to reinstall again. Cheers! :-k
