i went to services centre by parking free very expensive at the services centre, they still cant solve my problem, until now never get back to me.

the stupid function 'Tollway Avoidance' is not function
i waste a lot of toll money by using this stupid gps.

the 'U-Turn Avoidance' also not function
if you thick it, your gps will hang when routing road.

my advice to all my friends is dont buy wayway or papago if M3gps fail to settle it.

i have been using mapking and hp, it wont have this problem.
is very funny, papago claim itself is a prof gps..

I used few simulations to test "Tollway Avoidance". All routing running fine, it can avoid toll station with turn on "Tollway Avoidance". So, don't have any comment on that.

I have some findings regarding "U-Turn Avoidance". It work, but not always work for all road. I used 2 examples below explained why this option not always work.

Example 1:
I used an "U-Turn" road and mfm map stated this road as "U-Turn" road. With "U-Turn Avoidance" turn on, the routing not make an u-turn at "U-Turn" road and continue find another way to reach the destination. When turn off "U-Turn Avoidance", the routing straight away make an u-turn at "U-Turn" road.

Example 2:
Used another "U-Turn" road, but mfm map NOT stated as "U-Turn" road. WITH or WITHOUT "U-Turn Avoidance", the routing still make an u-turn there because mfm map not stated the road as "U-Turn" road and PaPaGO will ignore the "U-Turn Avoidance" option.

This just my opinion only, to make this "U-Turn Avoidance" 100% work, either all "U-Turn" road MUST stated as "U-Turn" road in mfm map or programmer have to come out a way to define the small distance road as "U-Turn" road in PaPaGO software.

Hi pc-ox,

Really thanks for the testing.

Btw, PAPAGO! alone totally can't work. It needs data like MFM maps to be performed well. But we are also trying to "check" if anywhere to solve this "U-Turn" issue if without Map Data. Since, szechinhock member said that Mapking & HP do not have this issue. Even though I never heard "HP" software or map. It might be the software issue then.

However, I have consulted my technical team on this issue and so far they have never met this such complaint on the day this message shown on MFM. But also I have yet to consult one tech guy whom is on his leave for few days and only will be back next week. Also another tech guy whom had left us and there is no record on this customer complaint too.

I am still waiting for this customer reply in-order for me to follow up.

Of course, M3 Asia alone can't work well too if without the user's feedback, programmers & source codes from the developer. But we will keep on "trying" to enhance the software by working with Maction closely on users' feedbacks. All feedbacks are welcome.

Once again, really thanks for the testing on the mentioned issue.

I cannot register my R6300 online

Postby treesmaker » Wed Jun 06, 2012 6:35 pm

Hi Consultant,

I have another PND, a Papago R6300T. I tried to register it online, but I get this message;

"Sorry, you have entered invalid serial number. Please check the serial number again and ensure the model selected is correct. For assistance, please contact our Customer Representative at 03-79548101 or e-mail us at support@m3gps.com"

I am sure I entered the correct serial number. The serial no is: R6300T1123005776. This set was bought in Singapore and the distributor is M3Asia Distributors (S) P L

Can you please help me register this set on your server, thanks.
