What is the "enable custom icon display for 765, 1460, ..."?

Does this apply to nuvi 2x5 as well?

downloaded from the 2nd link thinking the traffic here is less heavy but got error message that the file was corrupted download complete and during installation. now downloading from the 1st link


12.44pm: able to download and install map from 1st link. works okay.

My 765T the POI icon not appear etc:-giant,traffic light..

Downloaded. POI Custom icons are ok on GMXT. However; looks like we still have a slight delay in the screen refresh.

Bro Dvpro,
Mine also not displayed Traffic light icon & the esso icon (ref: N3 24.728 E101 33.451) still not appear in my PND.
FYI my PND is 765 mal/sing.
Already select the option to "Enable custom icon display for Nuvi 765, 1460, etc" when generating the map.
