3 new POIs around PG island:
(1) 98 Mart @ Terengganu Road
[there are several 98 Mart convenience stores in Penang, but only 1 is currently listed. The store along Terengganu Road is however the only one that sells Mead Johnson products (Enfa* and Sustagen milk powder)]
(2) Cheong Kim Chuan @ Bayan Baru
[again, several in Penang, but none currently listed. Famous for their so called "Penang Heritage Food" (e.g. nutmeg, "heown piah", "tau sa piah")]
(3) Prestige Heights
[new development in Teluk Kumbar - consisting of terrace houses, Semi-Ds, 1 bungalow, and several shop houses. Construction in progress, but show houses are ready]
