If wrong choice, Papago cannot run. So
1. Backup your old map
2. If used the wrong map, try again with the other option

hi guys,

Im really a newbie this, please help me.

Im currently using HTC touch cruise 09, i understand that its bundled with Papago X3. But recently i format my SD card.
So i managed to download the singapore map from the first post of this thread. BUT im facing problem installing the maps..
I downloaded the mfm and run the setup. Then i install to my C: (suppose to be in C:?) later the Navi file is created in my C:
After that i copy the whole Navi folder into the root of storagecard but when i run the Papago X3 its prompts me that Cannot open map. Please confirm map data stored in storage card.
What should i do ? Can any kind hearted soul help me out with this ??

Thanks ....

Bro Antyong is on his holiday till April, once he is back, I believe the papago maps will continue to release. =P~

I am also waiting for the papago maps.

Antyong is back. Met him yesterday night, me too asking the same question to him...
No worried, he mentioned this week will continue release papago maps.

:peace:

Thanks bro Antyong for the map update.

I also try route from kpg raja to kl via tapah old road also pop up same error? :ko:

Now I know to problem, and I had downloaded the "PaPaGO Routing Fix".

But now i :ko: again, that is intro for "M3GPS X5 Special Edition Software(20100119)",
[ Before installing the Latest M3GPS X5 Special Edition(19/01/2010), please backup your current version first.

Copy over the new NAVI Folder to your Device via USB cable. You may copy your SAVE folder over from your previous version, but you need delete the Sys.cfg file.

Please note that this download does not include any Maps. You can download the maps from http://malfreemaps.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3184

*Do not replace the Papago.dbp in the Navi/Maps/MFM folder. The correct file size should be (18,021,409 bytes)
]

Why in the "Papago.dbp" size in the latest version map 2010-04-01 just 17,600,000? :frus:

Just replaced the maps on the M6 Taiwan version for Android phone on my Nexus One. The application is able to run but I have not tried the navigation as yet.

The files which cannot be copied over are

MapAniPOI.psu
R51_prp.kuf
R51_SSC.hdr

MFM files that have to be renamed

MapAniPOI.psu to MapAniPOI.psz
papago.dbp to PAPAGO.DBP
standard.mb6 to Standard.mb6
