How to update the latest MFM-Papago map into Papago R5800?

HI, i new here. i want to ask someting, after i update the papago map, my GPS device always hang.
why and how to resolve this problem.

My GPS device : Papago R5800
all 27 files already inside one folder.

you may try to download the PAPAGO! R58XX Diagnostic Tool (SD) from http://support.m3gps.com
and run the GPS/SYSTEM RESET

Im using wayway 4301, when I connect the usb port on the gps device with computer, but nothing appear, so how can i upload into the gps device?..

i want to update my map & followed by the steps by steps as per the image...but i still cant see any update from my gps ...

i tried by few method already...even with my sd card or the internal memory, also cant switch for the latest map. it seem cant detect my latest map....

& just copied n paste all the 27files into the folder.

yes..i had read for the instruction & followed step by step but failed too.

failed with navi\maps\mfm too....
what to do now??????
