The firmware updater for Nuvi765 Sg/My is free to download from the site I linked previously. As for the map, you may use MFM-Garmin map, available here: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=893

what shoot i do know?

Remove and backup (in PC) all files from Nuvi drive:\Garmin\Voice folder except for these files:

You're welcome.
Yes. Make sure GMAPSUPP.IMG is placed in \Garmin folder.
Any map can use GMAPSUPP.IMG file name, just make sure you don't have another MFM map version installed in Nuvi (internal memory), since you already have 1 version installed in SD card.
Also, at Tools > Settings > Map > Map Info, only enable the mapset you plan to use, and disable the rest. However, MFM mapset consists of several map tiles, so enable all corresponding map tiles and disable the others.

is it can combine map landmark 3d and MFM? (tick)
why not many icon appear in 765 compare to my 255w?
example no traffic light...

Yes, I forgot about that. 3D Landmark map may be used with any map as an overlay.

It's a known issue with MFM-Garmin, and unfortunately there is no fix at the moment.
