I'm gathering data on road hazards in the Peninsular Malaysia to make a custom POI with proximity alerts for MFM. The purpose of this POI is to let the driver know of potential dangers on the road ahead, especially on trunk roads. Yes I know, the hazard waypoints show up during navigation but drivers should keep their eyes on the road and not on the GPS screen.

Hey, I figured out, if you have a Garmin device it should give you more than just telling you how to get from Point A to Point B!

So far I've extracted waypoints from the MFM map but there's only about two dozen of them or so that I've discovered so far. I'm sure there are more than that.

What I would like from you are known waypoints of:
- Accident prone areas/killer stretches, intersections etc
- Sharp bends
- Narrow, twisting stretches
- Foggy areas
- Roads prone to landslides, rockfalls, sinkholes, floods
- Crosswinds
- Any other major road hazards
Priority will be given to trunk and minor roads where most of people aren't familiar with.
I don't get to travel much these days so I seek your help in contributing waypoints (in GDB or GPX format) of road hazards that you're familiar with in this thread here.
thanks MFM'ers!
