Will it work for Q4331i?

YES

I had install the file and i don't know how to extract the file and run the installer.

I just don't know to do it.

For the R5800, The 27 files (or map updates) are in the Navi\Maps\XXXX folder (where XXXX are unique folder names, and you can have many of those). If you have installed/copied the 27 files correctly to your PC, just move them in the XXXX folder on your PND. Then select your 'new' map through the menu. I think it is the same for the Q4331i.

you extract *.rar file using winrar software... after installation, default folder will be C:\Navi\Maps\MFM-PPG-C100716B

copy whole \MFM-PPG-C100716B folder with 27 files to your PND..

from Exit 214 Nilai Utara to Exit 608 Klia
After Exit 608 Klia, system back to normal.

same problem (error msg appear) from this point E6 (N2.855591 E101.743948) to Exit 214 Nilai Utara.

I try to search for "Taman Sri Cahaya Mas" in Melaka / Alor Gajah but cannot find, please help.
Need to get coordinate from google map and then key-in only can get the location.
Coordinates: 2°20'37"N 102°5'59"E

Minor routing error found at N3.02815 E101.75546.
Instead of going straight ahead, but gps showing me go up to the bridge then back to expressway again.

Minor routing issue travel from N3.03372 E101.76755 to N3.01947 E101.76532. GPS routed travel using small road instead of main road (Jalan CJ3) which is 300 meter away.
