1. Once u follow Jalan Yap Kwang Seng and go towards Renaissance KL Hotel - all the time voice and lane assist will b wrong at Yap Kwang Seng and Jalan Ampang intersection (just infront of Twin Tower).

2. Once following Jalan Kia Peng to go to Jalan Raja Chulan, every time the map will start behaving erratic (showing your own position some where else - may be on some other road or even off the road).

please look into this matter.

For a start, it does not state that any of the GPS product is licensed to use Papago navigation software, or any navigation software, for that matter. So basically the unit is sold without any navigation software installed, that is, until the seller/distributor installs it with illegit softwares such as the pirated Papago X5 found in your PND.

I DO KNOW this company and I had personally visit them before! So, Don't doubt that I don't know what I am talking about!

This company is building the GPS device ONLY and without any Navigation Software. Unless you tell me that You are purchase the license from M3 to use the Papago Navigation software, else, Don't need I mention, where does it come from already!

Let's not get into the morality of using legal Papago so fast.

My question is, will different GPS units provide different routing on similar Papago software and maps? I mean most of these devices are powered by Windows CE and the GPS hardware will provide the coordinate based on the GPS chipset via a communication port and the software merely plots that on the map and provide routes calculated using similar algorithm, isn't it?

I believe the pirated version is limited to an obsolete build. Legal users have the opportunity to update to the latest build which includes fix for many known bugs including routing issues. So there's the difference.
