Re: Segamat Polished Map

I use gpsmapedit to extract the polygons that I need, and use some javascript programming to convert it to GE's KML format. The mp file that I use is at http://nyem.appspot.com/_data/mp/segamat2.mp. You can view source of the html page to see the javascript codes.

I'm not sure if GPSBabel can directly convert MP to KML. I know that Globalmapper can read MP files and export to KML, but I haven't tried that.

Bro Abdulrahmanbius, If you ever get homesick and can't drive home to Segamat you can still drive around metropolitan Segamat

or take a flight

No one-way restrictions and GPS not required

Good job pauchai :champ:

It seems that GoogleMap has enabled back Malaysia's direction service. I've included a routing simulator for the Segamat 3D. Due to inaccuracy of googlemap data and satellite image offset, you'll see yourself driving through buildings. Googlemap data also blatantly ignores one way directions and turn restrictions. Don't use it for actual driving in Segamat.
