Updated to 110221 and found most of mine for West Malaysia had been included, but not for Sarawak as I understand that bro tympg is currently pretty tied up with work (rice bowl maah).
mfm : magnificent free maps

The error indicates an installation error and not a download error, so which are you asking about ?

Try disable antivirus before start installation.
