There is a Papago for symbian, please refer to http://www.papago.com.tw/M7_web/symbian/index.htm, however, the website only stated it is for Nokia only, not sure whether other S60 5th devices able to use it or not.
In addition, MFM-Papago still do not have map for symbian base Papago yet, only support Papago PND, Android and iPhone.
