No more updates for X7, X6, X5 and X3 after sept 2011 unless you switch to X8. Well, looks like all the gps companies are desperate for money for the remaining of this year.

Heard Google nav is coming up with cache maps for offline navigation coming the next 2 months. If true by then, all these gps companies will loss revenue very fast as everyone go for the free google nav.

For me, now I can find my destination using my latest android google maps using wifi at home before I depart on my journey.

so,
its time to switch to another navigation program..!

IGO series (Amigo, Primo, Igo8/9) is better of all feature:
1. best 3D engine map, faster engine on winCE
2. very well designed menus, can customize 3D menus for boring 2D skin.
3. tilt 3D map while driving & more (easy to change cockpit mode, map mode, 2D or 3d mode & pan) while navigation.
4. has a rich set of other features
5. searching very logical & well organized.
6. etc..

hope the Hungary guys from Nav N Go would come and meet us..

I've used Sygic b4...and for me the UI is better than PPG
has 3D hardware acceleration, speed camera & speed limit warning, lane assist, postal code & coordinate search etc
and it seems to lock faster than PPG from cold start...never tried IGO tho

haha! Mungkin kamu tengok interface & maps dia cantik sahaja. Fungsinya juga banyak dan menarik.

Tapi kamu pernah mengkaji semua maps gps yang kamu guna tak?

Sygic , Ndrive , igo , Mapking , Powermaps , Lokatoo , Papago , Garmin semua saya pun pernah guna.

Selepas kamu mengkaji semua maps tersebut, kamu akan tahu, maps yang paling update ialah papago & mfm maps. Routing & pois paling tepat dalam software gps.

Kenapa ialah mfm & papago bukan software gps lain. Kita perlu berterima kasih kepada semua Value Contributor & contributor yang sanggup meluahkan masa untuk tracking & contribute pois. Kita perlu juga perlu berterima kasih kepada mapper berusaha menghasilkan maps setiap minggu.

Jika tak percaya, lain kali datang seremban GG. Dalam China GPS kawan saya adalah semua software tersebut. Dan maps ialah terbaru semua.

Papago juga ada function ini. Kamu sudah update ke papago x8 software? Papago already become better.

Kita perlu fikir kita guna GPS terutamanya maps perlu update dan detail. Function GPS terletak kedua. Jika gps membawa kamu ke "holland" kamu nak guna gps lagi? Tengoklah berita dekat amerika.

Apa tujuan kita guna GPS? fikirlah sendiri.

Jika nak maps lagi detail & paling update, kita sama-sama berusaha contribute & feedback.

I have the same problem as well. Good thing I know my direction. This not the only one. PPG keep asking me to keep right and immediately at the junction ask me to turn left at Jalan 34/26, Wangsa Maju/Jalan Setiawangsa junction.

Travelling from Jalan 34/26 to Jalan Jelatek.

Around N3 11'48.11" E101 44'42.21" PPG said "Keep right."
Around N3 11'43.60" E101 44'36.92" PPG said something like "Prepare to to keep right."
Around N3 11'36.09" E101 44'25.56" (near the Jalan 34/26, Wangsa Maju/Jalan Setiawangsa junction) PPG said something like "Please keep right."
A second or two later PPG said "At the junction please turn left"

Encountered this peculiar direction of PPG when travelling from Ampang Jaya to Kelab Aman in Jalan Damai (N3 09' 43.53" E101 43' 24.30") . When approaching the junction of Jalan Ampang/Jalan Damai (N3 09' 38.28" E101 43' 50.95"), instead of directing you to turn right (which is legal) at the junction into Jalan Damai, PPG directed you to go straight to make a U-Turn at the Jalan Ampang/Jalan Ampang Hilir junction (N3 09' 38.16" E101 43' 46.78") thereafter turn left into Jalan Damai.

Please install and use mapsource for your feedbacks. There is no road connected to Jalan Damai from Jalan Ampang (west direction).

hello,sy org baru. nak tanye lps kite download map ni pastu instal .exe kan?bile dh ciap ade kat C: maps yg baru install tu. Jadi mcm mane nak masok kat folder Navisea tu? copy paste kat mane? thanks!

Where can I download the mapsource. Jalan Damai and Jalan Ampang are connected. You can legally turn right into Jalan Damai if you coming from Ampang.
