Hardware Brand/Model: Holux 6210+
Maps: MFM-Galactio 20110826

I have 2 problems:

Problem 1
I have register my device id but when I can't access the Download page using my device ID but was able to access the Access Online Site page. Do I have to wait a period of time after registration before I can access the Download?

Problem 2
Read the manual and it said that to download online data, we need to execute NavIQOnline.exe. Can't find the NavIQOnline.exe anywhere till I access the Galactio microSD card and there it was. Execute it, input my user name and password, "Invalid path. Please reinstall the software!!" reported. How do I reinstall the software?
Am I the unlucky one or what?

If any Galactio staff is reading this, hope you can help. Any Galactio user have encounter these errors before? Any kind soul can help? If these problem is not solve, wonder how do I update the maps.

Sorry to get back on your queries late.

1) You should be able to access the Download page after you register, are you still having problems?

2) Have you update your Galactio to V8.6.02 yet? I would advise you to update your Galactio from the download page and let us know if you still experience the same problem?

Tested the speed trap, cool stuff. Gd Job!!

Tested with my PND, found the following result :

1. Very lag when use baud rate 9600, after i change to 4800 very much better.
2. Color scheme used not sharp enough, don't know can be change or not
3. When search by address does not prompt for door no.
4. The icon used is very confusing and meaningless.
5. In future if Galactio upgrade their software will that be chargeable ?
6. The feature/interface more or less like papago X3

Anywhere glad to have this to D/L and try and perhaps hope the above feedback help the software developer to improve in the future. $Hope to hear from you. regards !

We value your suggestions and feedback.

You can actually do a door/ block no search by going to the Address Search and typing in the block no. first then the street address. The search integrates the door/ block no. and street address together so there will be no prompt for the door no again.

For the icons being used that you mentioned as confusing and meaningless, do you mean that they clutter the map view?

Are you having a trial version of Galactio currently? If so, you will need to purchase the Galactio software to continue usage. You might find the latest parking feature by Galactio V8.6 useful, which prompts user when approaching the destination of the carparks nearby, and you can be guided to the particular carpark.

Just tested my Sensonic GPS N480

Software Version: 8.6.02
Hardware Brand/Model: Sensonic N480x
Maps: MFM-Galactio 20110826

I found 1 problem here , why i can't search the nearest POI

Example : hardly find the nearest petrol station
