Hi! I have a Caska Multifunction unit in my car running Papago X5.3. The Caska unit was installed together when I purchased my car early this year. The maps are all stored on the SD card and I have already registered myself as a legal user in M3's website.

Can I upgrade the Caska unit to the latest Papago?

Hope to hear good news soon.

Thanks.

If my Papago Z880 cannot be upgrade. If so what other choice do I have? To date still no answer from M3GPS, I'm thinking I may have to just give up on Papago all together and go back to Garmin. I don't ever want to be caught in this situation again. [-(

the Papago! Z880 does not support M3GPS X8.5 due to its requirement. Something wrong with R6300T bro? If you can explain, we will try to help you. :-k

Papago X5 force close at Samsung Galaxy S plus

Postby orpheuslim » Wed Nov 02, 2011 12:22 pm

Hi there, I have the Papapo X5 installed in Samsung Galaxy S Plus, and the program has to force close due to unexpected reason, especially when during voice direction. I googled it and found that this can be solved by putting voice in mute. BUT what is the purpose of nagivator if there is no voice direction?? Please help me as I found that Papago still the best in GPS nagivation.

Thanks.

The R6300T battery life is too short to me, only 1.5hrs, I can only describe the HD on the R6300T is a joke, is no where near to Garmin 3790T, 3790T is very sharp and extremely bright. If I need a upgrading, I expect to see a better one. I don't mind paying a little more if the value is there.

The SLA map on R6300T, is not as accurate as SLA map from Eeastgear and this is another concern.

To my understanding, both Z880 and Z820 share a similar specification, why the difference in treatment?
Holux GPSmile 53CLife -> Garmin 255W -> Papago Z880
