Step 4 : Installation starts, then when reach directory to install: Select the SD (eg.

Step 5 : Select phone papago version eg: Papago X5 for android..
Step 6 : Install and complete, remove ur android.

Papago X5 in Samsung Galaxy S Plus

Postby stong11 » Mon Nov 21, 2011 8:53 pm

I paid for someone at a smart phone shop to install Papago X5 in my Samsung Galaxy S Plus. It could detect my position and track my movements but I can't get it to navigate to any POI's or any address that I key in. It just shows a blank screen and I have to go 'back' to my current position, that's all. Anybody having the same problem?

I've also got the Aug 6 2010 build and even older map version 41110 in my Samsung Galaxy S Plus but it does not seem to be working. I can only get my current positioning and tracks me while I'm driving but I cannot get it to navigate to any address or POI.

Thanks for keong's reply on the latest map and instuctions on how to update. Hope this will solve my problem.

Error transferring O_R_SIDE.gwv file

Postby donut82 » Thu Nov 24, 2011 5:21 pm

Hi All,

I am having this issue after I changed my phone from HTC Wildfire to Samsung Galaxy W. I had tried many times to copy my NaviSEA folder but it will hang during O_R_SIDE.gwv process. I went to one of this mobile shop at Wangsa Maju and they want to charge me RM40 to install Papago X5.

I assume maybe some of the forumers here can advise me on this. Many thanks.

alf wrote:Okay guys with the HTC Sensation this is how you do and got mine working finally;

Open Spare Parts (download the blue color one and not the brown one);
- Launch “Spare Parts” and scroll down to “Compability Mode”. Un-tick the box and tick it back.
- Reboot the phone.
- Launch “Spare Parts” again, scroll down to “Compatibility Mode” and un-tick the box.
- Reboot the phone again.
- DONE

I followed this and renamed two 480X854 folders to 540X960. One folder is inside NaviSEA/ORGANIC, another folder is inside the language folder of ur choice, eg
NaviSEA/ORGANIC/En

Papago X5 Works! I m on HTC Sensation.
