my gps`s backlight goes dull when is use papago X8.5....this doesn`t occur when is use x5 on the same device...wat to do ?

According to M3 the upgrade is free if done at M3.

i am new to papago...

i just bought a papago x8 (version x8.5)

when i want to "navi", there is no map....its just a black screen with pointer...

what is wrong with it...?

is it a faulty unit...or do i need a map update...?

i'm currently using mfm ppg version 4-10-11

May we know the model of the unit which we are using? Kindly PM us the snapshot of your Software Version under the Advance Settings. We will advise further after we have a look at the picture.

I recently purchased the Marabella iNav 610 running Papago X8.5 mfm map.
The TTS voice files are not included although the interface indicates that it is capable of TTS.

Can M3gps tell me when will the TTS voice files be available for this device?

When can M3 response to provide a bug fix version of Papago X8.5? When M3 is going to return me the TTS feature that it has "stolen" from my GPS after so the forced "upgrade" to x8.5?

If M3 is not able to fix the problem then why should anyone still consider buying iGo from M3? M3 is not even bother to response to my call. It is time to escalate to trade ministry to act on this.

Marbella and other OEM GPS Brand dont come with TTS feature. only wayway and papago brand.

So, you bring your holux GPS to M3 and upgraded to Papago X8.5 right ? I think TTS feature is not exist in your Papago Software too.
