MfM does not have any specialist maps specifically for rivers & lakes.

You can try Wei Aun's Topo site, for rivers:

You can also try your luck at this inter-governmental organisation; some governmental data here in Shapefile format:
http://www.iscgm.org/ (Must register first to download stuff)
