I desperately needed some advise from pro's to give up some links on GPS apps for iphone 4/s.

I searched long enough but couldn't get any free versions of the GPS apps. I haven't jailbreak my iPhone. Do i have too?

successfully installed and launch the Garmin app, but when I search jalan bakti, it just quit the app automatically...

I am an iphone newbie. I too having the same problem. Can search using POI, Junction, Coordinates etc but when search using Address Garmin App blanks and goes to iphone menu (Garmin App still runs in the background).

Any help in this is highly appreciated. I still like Garmin better despite manage to install Papago Pro

Ok, I figure it out.
U will either need to add malsingmap or garmin official NT map into the iPhone.
Then you are now able to search without quitting the app.

Tips to search on address is...

U will need to type the full address like below
(No)25 (address)jalan Bakti 63

Final step is "DON'T" tab on the preview address' tab the "NEXT" button

Hi, i concur that garmin will crash when address search is used with malfreemaps. It doesn't with malsingmaps.. however, with malsingmaps, i can't even get the address search lol... even a simple "10, usj 4/9a" also cannot search. With malfreemaps, the option comes up for when i key in usj 4 (it will show all the available road with usj 4/xx)..

You mentioned that need malsingmap installed in the folder.. is there any way to have 2 gmapprom.img file in the same folder?

Nvm.. got malsingmaps to work properly..

any idea why MFM maps doesn't work with address search? it's a pity cos i prefer MFM map design.

When i apply it, it cant access to internet for activation of maps. Anyone know how to solve it?

I can view the map and navigate but no sound. When go into setting, audio, no voice file is found. MFM garmin not working when searching for address. It will crashed to springboard. Any advise would be appreciated.

Dear all bro from mfm...I got a big problem here...when i use iphonebrowser, I cant locate the garmin-nav.app, I only manage to found GarminMobile.app...so now I cannot paste the .img file on it...can anyone help me on this? Many thanks!

I'm stuck at step 8. If you already have (or downloaded) .deb file for the "ifile" , just copy it into " /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall " (using ixplorer) and it will install automatically after you reboot your iPhone.

Where can i find this .deb file?

Anyone can advise how do I connect my garmin 10x to ipad2 wifi only version...

I had put 10x in discoverable mode but ipad2 did not detect it.
