Garmin software bug? Not only it went missing, there's no prompt on when to turn. My nuvi 255w do a better job....

Sometimes Karen keeps quiet on the 2575. This is proving to be an embarrassment, the 2575. Even though my 205W doesn't have TTS, speech and graphics are almost flawless.

I think I've found the problem. More test needed. If I only turn on MFM2012.10 and Malsing NT2011.40 only, the view turn icon appears. If I turn on MFM2012.10, Malsing NT2011.40 and MFM-Garmin (weekly update version) the view turn icon disappears. Could this be the MFM map (weekly update) or the Garmin software issue? Anyone expert here to help?

Hi guys,

I just bought 2565lm too but it'll just fail to aquire satellite signals as if hang prematurely, especially after coming out from kpe or with surrounding tall buildings like at raffles place. There is no such problem with my old 1460, which linked up to signals in a few seconds after losing them. I've tried the on/off method & changing the set with navicom but the result is the same.

Does anyone faces the same problem? I suspect garmin maybe using a less sensitive gps receiver now than before, no?

Any guide or advice is appreciated, thanks!
