The Papago M9 for Android SEA version will not be available for download on Google Play. This is due to overwhelm size of software files.

how much size does it needs? google play now support 4gb for software.

Another thing, my request email for upgrade has sent since April 5th, but yet to receive any reply from the m3gps, can you confirm???

Hi HHTey,
Total file size is about 2gb. We feel it will take too much time over wifi/3g .
Yes we did receive your email and did reply your email 10 minutes after with some clarifications on where your location and your current android device. Pls check if you've received that mail.

The email received somehow in junk box. thanks =D>

If I buy the M9 now and change to a new Android smartphone end of this year, would I be able to transfer the license to the new device?

thanks

Hi ahbao,

For your inquiry, Papago M9 Android license is non transferable as it's locked to the imei of the device. Once registered that imei is used for that particular license. Therefore one license is only entitled for one phone.

Hi!

I just bought papago M9! My question is, how to change the layout, such that all the junction views and arrow directions are located at the left-bottom of the screen as shown below? Tq

Hi zeese5,

We've noticed that it's an inconvenience for people to navigate with that layout (as shown in the picture) as it is blocking most of the road while navigation. Therefore a better layout was designed for M9. :peace:

Unfortunately you cant change this.

Maybe you can have the option to download each map separately instead of downloading all 2gb in 1 shot. Similar to other gps navigation software on Google Play Store.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will take it into consideration. As for the moment, any upgrade from Papago X5 for Android to M9 for Android will be available at our service center at Phileo Damansara 2 or via postal service.

Hi hardy310,

For Papago issues on iPhone recently, we have reported this issue to Maction Technologies. They are already aware about it and will provide the fix via iTunes soon.
