My papago version is PaPago! X8.5 Build: Aug 5 2011(17:24:44). And yes I have checked the the tollway avoidance under Routing options but it never works. The map I'm using is MFM PPG Version 6-3-12. Pls help. THx.

I'm using MFM PPG Version 5-4-12. Try run simulation by set any location near tollway as start point and set another location as destination. Use different routing options (turn on Tollway Avoidance or turn off Tollway Avoidance) to check the routing suggested by WayWay.

Hi,

I was updating my Papago R6100 via the web-update as it showed that it has a new update for me.

During the update, ( backup was completed succesfully and the deletion phase started ), the update failed and lost connection to my device. Now the device is not starting and remains hanged at the Papago startup screen.

Can you let me know how can I rectify this issue now ?

Details of my Papago device:
mfm ppg version 23-8-11
papago x6,1 build jul 21 2010

This was purchased in Singapore from Challenger.

I have done the above but still it doesnt work. Usually I will put reccomended and uncheck toll avoidance and then see the routing result. After that, I will go to tools to change the routing options and tick tollway avoidance. The route results still suggests taking tolls.

What is "FC"

FC is Force Close, which can happen when an application/process/service stops responding.

because the X8 version map no longer update.

How will app updates for Papago M9 Android be delivered to existing customers that have already bought Papago M9? I'm talking about app updates for bug fixes, optimizations and etc.

May we know what is your WayWay model and the detailed version of your M3GPS X8.5?

WayWay Q4033 and what do u mean by detailed version of M3GPS X8.5? Do u mean the serial number or sumthing else?

You can check the detailed version of your software by going to Advance Settings (Papago Interface) > go bottom until you see Software Version.

My way way Q3033 last time updated map version X8.didnt have latest

extend map for X8.Do the X8.5 map can install in the GPS device?

X8.5 map is not compatible with M3GPS X8. Kindly visit our service center in Phileo Damansara 2 to get the software upgrade for free.
