I lived in Kuantan,Pahang .Is there a service centre for upgrade to x8?I use Holux 6210+ from eastgear with papago x3 .

Hi,

I was updating my Papago R6100 via the web-update as it showed that it has a new update for me.

During the update, ( backup was completed succesfully and the deletion phase started ), the update failed and lost connection to my device. Now the device is not starting and remains hanged at the Papago startup screen.

Can you let me know how can I rectify this issue now ?

Details of my Papago device:
mfm ppg version 23-8-11
papago x6,1 build jul 21 2010

This was purchased in Singapore from Challenger.

After fews time try, i find that went mute it, it won't FC...

We are in the mist of trying to find out the cause of the issue so that we can provide the solution. Back to the question, did you encounter any issue during installation/copying the M9 installer?

This problem is repeatable with a "good" installation of X5 on Samsung Galaxy SL and also now W.

Just get one of these devices and navigate with audio for about 15 minutes or maybe 15 turns. It will crash. There must be some software or hw-sw issue with the audio chip of the device.

I wondering why speed alert/police speed trap location not equipped in M9, since X5 is equipped with that? Thank you.

May we know which area for the issue that you have mentioned above? We may need to do a testing to verify the issue.

I am using demo previously and I don't see any speed alert/speed trap alert along the Kesas Highway as normally there should be speed trap at Kota Kemuning flyover. I will further check whether the things working or not (after I have registered with M8 options).

We will get the Samsung Galaxy W and do a M9 test run on the phone. We will revert on this issue once the test have been done.

You can download the map from here: viewtopic.php?f=48&t=12811
Its the same map for PND. Just copy the map into NAVISEA folder > Maps folder.

Hi, I need some help here.

I purchased a Papago R6100 that comes with X8 software half a year (now almost 9 months) ago. Now I want to update the map in the GPS. However, when I plug the GPS to my laptop via a USB cable and hit the "connect" button on the M3GPS Map Updater, it asks me to check my GPS connection, making sure it is on and in storage mode. What's wrong? I can't seem to find any storage mode setting on my GPS either. Please help!

Mr. Consultant, when I turn on my R6100, it says "Application Navi.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down." I just updated my map a while ago, not sure what I did wrong. I shut down the device and restart it again, but the same error message pops up.

Now it won't go into storage mode, which means I can't do anything with Map Updater. Windows doesn't recognize my device, which means I can't go into the device folder for anything. What should I do now?
