Thanks for the assistance.

Btw, with regards the issue facing by all customers, we are sincerely apology on these. We would like to have everything to be sold without any issue too.

For instance, customers keep on complaining here or any other forums also a disgracing to our company. No company wanted to be disgraced again and again. Because this will give a negative impact to our company.

Some unforeseen issues we might have missed out. We really appreciate all the feedbacks from the customers. And from there we always push our principal to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Sometimes we might a bit too rush because customers keep on chasing on the issues which already dragged for so long. After received the "solutions" from the principal. We also very rush do some simple tests to the "products" which customers complained about and make sure the complained part is solved.

Whenever a new issue pop out. We really thanks for the customers' feedbacks. Because only from here we know there are such issues and which we have yet to encounter. We have to communicate to the principle and make sure the issue is solved.

We will oftenly visit this thread as we can see from here, a lot of feedbacks which our technical team need to know and understand. Please feel free to comment on this thread. Because by this, you are actually communicating with us, M3 Asia.

Hi benign10,

As for Apple products. You require to download it via iTunes. All Apple products require to refer back to iTunes App Store. Because all Genuine iPhone and iPad cannot be edited manually.

Hi jackyong82,

This the latest link for the PAPAGO! map.

Step by step guide:-
1) Please make sure your device is X8.5 or above. (During startup it will show the version)
2) If your device is below x8.5, please abandon this guide and seek for an upgrade from http://support.m3gps.com/

3) x8.5 & above continue, go to this webpage and download the latest map http://www.malfreemaps.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=12943
4) Connect your GPS to the computer
5) Go to Navi->Maps
6) Backup all the folders here into your computer (just in-case if something goes wrong during update)

7) Extract the new map to a folder (eg. New Map)
8) Copy the extracted new folder (eg. New Map) to the GPS->Navi->Maps
9) Unplug the USB cable and the GPS will automatically restart.

10) Go to Advanced Setting->Map Switch-> and then select the latest map

from apple app store. You can update it to version 8.2.2 MFM PPG version 6-3-12. This version is awesome and it make you wanna buy a iPhone4S. Currently I'm using it on New iPad.

Hi M3support,

the problem is fixed. Actually its because of the Maction's export registration code to excel problem. when my registration codes is exported to excel format, it didn't show the first no. 0 because excel will always omit the zeros in the front. for example, if you key in 00203 in excel, it will always display as 203 by default, and this caused my problem actually.

went back to the maction registration website, use the recheck authorisation code feature to re-display my registration codes, and thus discovered the extra 0 at the front.

credits to M3's fast support action anyway.

I have an In-Car Navigation (Papago X8) with a chap ayam double din player. Can I upgrade to the latest version X9?

Because we are buying from your website instead of Google Play Store, what happens if we change our handphone? Apps purchased from the Play Store can be transferred to the new device at no cost as long as we use the same Google credential. How does it work for with your navigation app?

Hi, M3gps Consultant.

I just bought my device Sensonic N580 few month ago. The map inside Navi/map folder is MFM v20111031. I wish to update the latest map "MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503".
May i just download the "MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503" and replace the old map?
Or i need to upgrade my software in Sensonic N580 first?

The software of Sensonic N580 GPS device use is "Galactio V8.7.0.0".

Any help will be appreciated.
